Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes, packages and waxing. Brow options range from a simple wax to a combined lamination, wax and tint. Brow tint is a semi-permanent dye used to shape and define brows and lasts about two weeks. The lash menu covers fills for existing extensions, classic, hybrid, volume and anime sets, bottom lashes and removal. Volume extensions use 3D to 10D lashes placed along the natural lash line for a multi-dimensional look.

The Signature Facial takes 45 minutes or more. It includes a cleanser chosen for skin type, extraction, high frequency treatment, a toner, a HydroJelly mask and a moisturizer with sunscreen, along with a few minutes of steaming and light massage. Waxing covers chin, underarm, Brazilian, leg, combination and full body services, with the full body wax taking about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Booking requires a credit or debit card and a deposit at the time of booking, which is applied to the service and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is paid at the end of the service. No-shows are charged the full service price, same-day cancellations result in the full price being charged to the card on file, and same-day rescheduling costs $35. Appointments are canceled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. The business is open Tuesday and Wednesday 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Thursday through Saturday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

The business also offers training: a one-on-one dermaplaning course for $500 and a B. Luxe classic, hybrid and volume lash extension course for $650.
