Much of the menu centers on skin concerns. The Face Reality Acne Bootcamp is designed for new clients and opens with a consultation and skin analysis, followed by a first acne treatment and three take-home products, while follow-up visits include a progress assessment and an adjusted basic acne treatment. Acne Peels target acne, congestion, inflammation and hyperpigmentation that follows breakouts, and the Acne Back Peel and Acne Facial address breakouts on the back and acne-prone skin. Advanced options include hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent and radiofrequency, LED light therapy and oxygen infusion. Each treatment is customized to the client, and new skincare clients start with a consultation that includes a deep cleanse, skin analysis and finishing products.

Waxing is another core service, covering full body waxing, Brazilian wax and body treatments for congestion, breakouts, texture and ingrown hairs. The salon uses a premium hypoallergenic wax. Brow shaping, tinting, styling and brow lamination are available, along with lash lifts and combined brow and lash visits. Infinity Sun sunless spray tanning rounds out the offerings. Clients should have hair at least a quarter inch long before a waxing visit, and waxing is generally recommended every three to four weeks depending on growth cycle.

Booking rules are straightforward. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and future bookings then require a 50% deposit. An appointment can be rescheduled twice under the same reservation, and a third reschedule cancels it. Most clients who prefer to move an appointment during their menstrual cycle can use one courtesy reschedule. Services are not refundable. Clients under 18 need parent or guardian consent, and some services require a guardian to stay. Food, beverages and pets are not allowed, except trained service animals.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin needs and goals.
