The menu is organised into haircuts, classic colour, premium colour, treatments and add-ons, extensions and waxing. Haircut prices include a shampoo, blowdry or blowout, and style. Classic colour covers grey coverage at the roots with a refresh from roots to ends, and partial or full highlights that lighten to a natural blonde without toner or glaze. Premium colour adds Greyagé highlights, which include a toner or glaze, lived-in highlights that are hand-painted or foiled and low-maintenance, bleach and tone with conditioning treatments, and colour correction that starts with a consultation. Extensions include beaded, sewn-in colour-matched wefts and clip-free halo wefts, both priced by consultation.

Booking is by text, phone or email rather than an online system. The studio aims to reply by the end of the day, though replies may take a few hours during appointments. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, with Saturdays offered twice a month, and the current schedule can be confirmed by contacting the studio directly. Redos and adjustments are accommodated within a week of the original appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a fee.

Each look starts from an idea and the photos and inspiration a client brings, then colour and cut are chosen to suit how the client lives, with the aim that clients leave looking polished, whether they want something glamorous or simple.
