Its specialties are box braids and knotless braids. Braiding services include box braids, Goddessn braids, knotless braids and feed-in braids, and the site also lists Senegalese twists, Ghana braids, micro braids, tribal braids, faux locs and kids' braiding among its styles. Cornrow options include feed-in, stitch, lemonade and tribal cornrows, along with small feed-in ponytails and small feed-ins paired with box or knotless braids. Before a braided style, the salon chooses hair extensions for each client based on hair type, the look they want and the braid size. It recommends a braiding consultation and offers professional coloring for braided hair extensions. Braid and twist prices depend on style complexity, hair length and other factors, so clients are asked to contact the salon or book a consultation for a quote. Crochet braid pricing is also quoted on request. Traditional crochet appointments should be booked in advance, and feed-in cornrows are best booked ahead as well.

Booking is done online, and a non-refundable deposit of $41.46 is required, with $40 of it applied to the appointment. To keep the deposit, a cancellation must be made at least 48 hours ahead through the salon's Acuity Scheduling link; a shorter-notice cancellation requires a new deposit to rebook. A no-call no-show is charged 50% of the total style price. The salon prefers not to take cash, and payments are non-refundable unless the salon is at fault. Hair concerns need to be raised within 48 hours, and later fixes carry a fee unless the salon caused the problem. The salon may decline clients who are unsure what style they want, in which case the deposit is kept.

Retail is part of the business as well. The site sells pre-stretched braiding hair, hair care and health and wellness products, 1B and colored bulk human hair, bundles and lace, crochet human hair, and wigs. Wig collections include half wigs, V-part wigs, curly lace wigs, a feminine color collection and clearance wigs, with customized and uncustomized options for half and V-part styles. Wigs on the collection page are listed from $390 to $625. Pre-order wigs take 14 to 21 days and on-hand wigs take 2 to 3 days. Orders ship by UPS ground in 5 to 7 business days. All sales are final, though exchanges within 30 days are allowed for damaged items or salon errors if the item is unused, in its original packaging and comes with proof of purchase.
