The menu is built around protective and braided styles. Braids include box, crochet, feed-in, knotless, ponytail and tribal styles, with take-downs and touch-ups available, and men's cornrows (including designed patterns, with the client able to bring their own braiding hair). Sew-ins, quick weaves, clip and tape-in installation, and wig units are offered, including revitalizing older wigs and building a custom wig from the client's own hair. Other services include relaxers, permanent waves, spot perms, flat irons, FingerWaves, wet sets, natural hair styling, silk presses, color, cuts, trims, locs and loc maintenance, hair treatments, kids services, nails, facials, lashes and waxing.

Clients should plan around a few policies. All services carry a non-refundable $20 deposit paid through Cash App or PayPal. Online booking requires payment upfront and is finalized once it is received. Each client signs and dates a consent form after booking, and appointments are paused until it is completed. Cancellations have a 24-hour window to reschedule, and a $50 fee applies if the appointment is not rescheduled. Wig units and sew-in hair must be dropped out 48 hours before the appointment or at an earlier consultation, and a consultation is required before color, facials, lashes and waxing. Guests and children are only allowed when they are being serviced. Mobile house calls carry a $70 fee, and delivery fees depend on distance within Houston and nearby areas. Afterpay is accepted in store and online.

Memberships are priced at $150 and include a first-time sign-up fee. They are limited to one per household and bring 10% off add-on services and products, a weekly member discount, and a complimentary extra with certain services.
