Meme Braids is run by Meme from a home studio in Houston, Texas. Appointments are booked through a Setmore booking page, and the price list covers box braids, knotless and boho braids, twists, crochet, locs, stitch braids and kids styles.

Prices are listed by length, from bra length through butt length. Most boho and knotless listings include hair, while several twist and locs options are marked hair not included. Hair longer than a listing's length costs an extra $40 and up. Bora Bora knotless uses two bundles of 100% human hair, and an extra bundle adds $80.

Clients arrive with hair washed, blow-dried and free of product, and hair should be about 4 inches long all around the head. The default color is 1b. Other colors can be sourced with at least 10 days' notice, but they are not always available.

Cancellations must be made through the booking site within 48 hours. An appointment can be rescheduled once; after that, another deposit is required. The balance is paid in cash only, and a $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes past the appointment time.

Hours are Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 12:30 PM to 10 PM. Afternoon appointments not listed online can be requested by call or text. Stitch braids cannot be booked on Saturdays.
