Packages use the salon's own premium hair, and Boost and Basic Volume include custom color and a blend and style. Maintenance visits start at $450 and take about two hours or more. They include removing current extensions, professional treatment of the extensions, a scalp scrub, a scalp serum or spray, a scalp massage and a deep conditioning treatment for natural hair, finished with a blow-out and style. Touch-ups are recommended every six to eight weeks. Extension removal costs $300 and takes about an hour and fifteen minutes; it includes scalp exfoliation, a restorative hair mask, a trim, and a wash, blow-dry and style.

Blowouts are designed for permanent extension wearers and do not include tape-ins. They include a wash, blow-dry and styling, and are open to non-clients. Weekly or monthly blowout packages are available. Color, gloss and keratin treatments are reserved for extension wearers. New clients receive a curated quote within 48 hours.

The salon also offers a 45-minute business, technical and social strategy call with Regina Marie for $250, aimed at hair extension brands and stylists.
