Escada Salon opened in Chesterfield, Virginia in 2009 and has stayed focused on hair services rather than adding spa treatments. The team's aim is to give every guest a calm, relaxed and comfortable visit, and to leave each client satisfied with the whole experience. The salon says the team enjoys creating hair that suits each client's personality and daily life.

About

Stylists ask about your lifestyle and what you want, whether that is a light clean-up or a dramatic change, and then recommend a trim, cut, color or straightening as needed. Hair washing includes a scalp massage. Prices depend on the stylist, any chemical service, and the length and thickness of your hair, so the salon quotes individually. When you book, tell the salon which services you want so enough time is set aside.

The salon offers a wide range of color work, including balayage, ombre, full, partial and mini foil highlights, highlights with a cap, and permanent and semi-permanent color. For smoothing, it offers Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Straightening, a Keratin Express Treatment with blow dry and flat iron, a B3 Keratin Conditioning Treatment and a standard conditioning treatment, plus regular wrapped, spiral wrapped, piggy back and reverse perms. Special-occasion styling, including formal and wedding looks, is also available.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday. You can call 804-378-7800 or email info@escadasalon.com. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. A guest who fails to cancel or misses two appointments is asked to prepay before booking again. Late arrivals may mean a shorter service or a rebooking with another stylist. If a guest is unhappy with a service, the salon will adjust it at no charge when the adjustment is requested within one week of the original visit.

Each visit starts with a consultation about lifestyle and goals, followed by whatever trim, cut, color or straightening the client needs.

The chairs and setting are meant to help clients relax and feel at ease.
