A Curly Cut uses specialized techniques to shape curls, and the barber and short cut includes pixie and clipper styles. Styling is available as a shampoo and blow dry or a shampoo and style with a hot tool, and a keratin smoothing treatment is offered as a separate service.

Before some services the salon asks for a consultation. A color consultation is complimentary and lasts about 15 minutes. Color correction and fashion or vivid color require a consultation first, and color correction needs a $100 deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
