The salon describes itself as Washington, D.C.'s premier hair and beauty destination and says it has been voted Best Salon by the Washingtonian. It also says the magazine recognized it for Readers' Choice Best Salon, Favorite Facials and Top Destination Hair and Makeup, and that The Wall Street Journal named it a Best DC Top Secret Spot. Founder Erwin Gomez, who also works as a celebrity makeup artist, leads the team as creative director.

Hair services cover styling and cuts, color, and smoothing and conditioning treatments, with a separate range of hair extension methods. Brow and lash work includes shaping, tinting, and lamination and lifts, and permanent brow options include microblading, nanoblading, powder brows, ombre brows and combo brows. Permanent makeup requires a complimentary consultation, booked through Book Now or by contacting the salon first. Facials use SkinCeuticals products and are customized for each guest, and the salon says its facials were voted Best Facials in the Washingtonian's Best Of issue.

Listed prices are starting rates that can be adjusted for hair length, density and texture. A 50% deposit is required for permanent brow makeup, hair extensions, on-location and group bookings, extensive or premium services, and appointments outside regular hours or artist availability. Appointments outside regular business hours may be available on special request.

Bridal hair and makeup trials and wedding-day services start at $185, and trials with Erwin Gomez himself start at $266. On-location hair and makeup is offered for local and destination weddings, red carpets, galas, premieres and special events, and begins with an inquiry form, after which a coordinator provides a customized proposal. The salon also retails Oribe Bright Blonde haircare, Erwin Gomez makeup and tanning products, and Emi Jay hair clips.

The salon aims to tailor the service to each guest, from the consultation through the appointment. Prices are treated as starting points and adjusted to the individual's hair and skin.

Each stylist works at a private, individually designed styling station.
