Color is the core of the business, with cutting, extensions and smoothing treatments offered alongside it.

Every visit starts with a consultation, so the work can be planned around the client's hair, daily routine and lifestyle. New color clients book after a virtual or complimentary in-person consultation and are asked to email a current photo of their hair along with an inspiration photo. Complimentary consultations are offered with the stylist the client chooses.

Services are a la carte and grouped into cut and style, hair extensions, custom color and smoothing. Listed prices are starting points and vary by stylist. A credit card is needed to reserve, and changes need 48 hours' notice; otherwise the card may be charged 60% of the scheduled services. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Erin Clott, who co-owns the salon, previously served as Director of L'Oréal Elite Salons in Potomac and then Georgetown, and she works with the team on ongoing learning. For anything beyond the listed menu, the salon asks clients to call.

Work is planned from a consultation so each result fits the client's hair, routine and lifestyle.
