Services fall into a few groups: haircuts and styles, custom color, luxe treatments, hand-tied extensions, and a set of packages for new guests. Every color service includes a blow-dry and style, and every foil service includes the Milbon Ultimate Bond Building Treatment. Luxe treatments can be added to any chemical service as a conditioning step and include a hot towel aromatherapy session with a favorite conditioner.

Extension work is a major part of the menu. Hand-tied installation is offered in three densities: Refinement with one row, Enhancement with two rows, and Transformation with three rows. Initial installation includes custom dimensional color matched to the client's hair, a cut, a finished style, before and after photos and home care advice. Consultations are available in person or virtually for hand-tied extensions, and installation appointments run two to four hours depending on the option.

The salon carries professional haircare brands that are used behind the chair and sold for use at home. Gift cards can be bought online in any amount and are delivered by email.

Custom color is formulated for each client, and each formula is recorded so color history is kept for future changes.
