Newer clients, or anyone unsure what they want, can start with a consultation: a conversation about goals, lifestyle and planning, charged at $35 and applied toward any services booked for that visit. Clients are asked to bring two or three inspiration photos, including looks they dislike, so the stylist understands what to avoid as well as what to aim for.

Color services are grouped by how long it has been since the last visit. A full color service suits new clients, anyone with more than six months of regrowth, bigger changes or brighter ends. Existing clients with recent growth can book a maintenance visit, while a refresh or a root retouch covers the interim. Color correction is planned through a consultation and is charged by the hour.

Bookings can be made online at any hour. Clients who want to talk through options before committing can ask about a coffee-and-consultation meeting. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice carries a 50% fee, and a missed appointment without notice means the client is responsible for the full cost of the services booked.
