Walk-ins are welcome, though booking online or by phone secures a time with the stylist you choose.

The team includes HYW Stylists and Independent Stylists. HYW Stylists are placed on a level system based on results, education and experience. A level sets the stylist's price, and stylists log education hours to move up. Each HYW Stylist's level is listed on the team page and on their profile. Independent Stylists set their own prices and schedules and confirm their price when the client books.

The salon describes its approach as clean beauty care and uses Aluram Clean Beauty products for hair care and finishing. K18 is used for repair, and Aluram, K18 and Nioxin products are sold at the front desk. Client reviews describe the service as friendly.

Color and lightening prices combine the stylist's level with the cost of the product used, so longer or denser hair means more product and a higher price. The stylist confirms the figure at the chair before mixing begins. Starting prices are published, and the final amount is confirmed before any service starts. Free consultations are recommended for every service and are required before color correction or extension work. Extensions come as tape-in, K-tip, or weft, color-matched to each client, with pricing quoted during the free consultation. First-time extension clients have a consultation first, provide a valid card, and pay for the extension hair in full when the installation is booked. Color and highlight services require a 25% deposit at booking. Bridal parties and groups should call ahead so chairs can be reserved.

Missed appointments are charged the full service price. Clients who rebook and are seen within two weeks of a missed appointment get 50% off the rescheduled service, though this does not cancel the missed-appointment fee. Three consecutive no-shows or same-day cancellations may lead to a 180-day booking block.
