The salon names consistency, education, passion, teamwork and professionalism as its core values, and says it aims to build guests' confidence and help its stylists grow. Guests get hands-on attention from stylists working on current cut and color techniques, and the salon says guests can consult with industry leaders before every appointment.

All services are offered a la carte. Prices vary with hair length or thickness, and color prices vary with the color mix used. Listed prices cover chemical application only, and every service requires a haircut or a blowout. Guest parking is available in front of the salon and behind it. Bookings require a card on file, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice by phone. Children are welcome by appointment only.

Bridal services include bridal hair, bridal party hair and hair for children under 9 at weddings. A bridal contract must be completed before wedding services are booked, and bridal hair on location or after hours is arranged by consultation. Event contracts are also available for larger groups such as birthdays and bridal showers.
