Visits often begin with a consultation. The Haircut/Color Consultation is free and takes about 20 minutes; it looks at hair goals, texture and features before suggesting cut or color options. For extensions, a 45-minute Hair Extension Consultation covers desired length and volume, method, color matching, upkeep and pricing.

Color services range from base color and root touch-ups to gloss, face-frame highlights, half and full highlights, balayage, and double process blonde or platinum. Highlight prices do not include gloss. Double process blonde or platinum work applies bleach to the scalp followed by toning, and a consultation is suggested before booking.

The studio charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards are listed on the website.

Services are shaped around each client's hair goals, texture and features, and cuts are customized to individual preferences and hair type.
