em + zen was founded by Dr. Magdalena Gasiorova, a physician who owns the practice and performs its consultations and treatments herself. There are two offices, one at 3223 Tremont Rd in Upper Arlington and one at 186 E Winter Street in Delaware, and both are open by appointment Monday through Saturday. Patients travel in from Columbus, Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, Westerville, New Albany, Granville, Worthington and other parts of Central Ohio.

Visits start with a consultation, after which a custom treatment plan is put together and then carried out. Pricing is tailored to each patient's goals and plan and is reviewed at that first consultation. Appointments can be booked online or by phone at 614-673-9598. Patients who prefer to spread out payment can do so in monthly installments through Cherry financing, and applying for financing does not change the personal care a patient receives.

The menu covers cosmetic work such as neurotoxin treatments with Xeomin or Dysport, lip filler and cheek and jawline contouring, microneedling, and facial balancing, which looks at the whole face rather than one feature. Skin services include PRX Skin Biostimulation and Rejuran PDRN, and men are welcomed for a dedicated set of treatments including Botox for Men (Brotox), jawline and chin enhancement, non-surgical rhinoplasty and under-eye rejuvenation.
