Dr. Magdalena Gasiorova, MD, founded em + zen, where she is the physician owner. She is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Her work spans facial rejuvenation, facial balancing, regenerative aesthetic treatments and precision wellness care, with a particular focus on facial balancing and male facial aesthetics. Her advanced physician training with aesthetic experts spans Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, and she has studied with Julie Horne, RN, Shino Bay Aguilera, DO, Arthur Swift, MD, Zak Ally, MBChB, Raj Acquilla, MD, and Jani van Loghem, MD, PhD. She also completed advanced physician cadaver dissection courses with Matt Stefanelli, MD, and Chris Surek, DO, FACS, and received specialized education in male facial aesthetics, facial balancing and facial masculinization. She has specialized training in laser skin rejuvenation and years of hands-on experience with advanced laser procedures. Her continuing education covers facial anatomy, facial balancing, regenerative aesthetics, collagen biostimulation and injectable techniques. Before any facial balancing treatment, she assesses facial proportions, movement, profile and natural aging. She injects lip filler herself and generally favors a conservative approach, often enhancing gradually or not using filler at all.
