Surgical care covers the face, neck, breast and body, along with procedures for men such as gynecomastia surgery. Face and neck work includes facelifts, listed at $8,000 to $12,000 depending on complexity, neck lifts and eyelid surgery, listed at $3,500 for upper lids, $3,000 for lower lids and $6,000 for both. Body work includes tummy tucks, listed at $10,200 to $19,000 depending on the case, liposuction and mommy makeovers, listed at $18,000 to $22,000 and covering breast augmentation and tummy tuck only. Breast augmentation is listed at $8,600 for a primary procedure, breast lifts at $8,200 to $9,200 and breast reduction at $8,200, which excludes insurance cases. Medical spa treatments include BOTOX Cosmetic, dermal fillers, KYBELLA, lip augmentation, CoolSculpting, microneedling, laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal and miraDry. The Key Largo location offers BOTOX Cosmetic, dermal fillers (including JUVÉDERM and Sculptra) and lip augmentation. According to the site, miraDry is FDA-cleared and uses microwave energy to target sweat and odor glands in the underarms, with local anesthetic numbing the area. The site notes that many patients see less sweating after one treatment, while some need two or three. Facial options include SkinMedica facials and SkinMedica peels, among them the Illuminize, Vitalize and Rejuvenize peels. The site says these peels can address aging, sun damage and acne, and that a series produces the best results.

The practice sells Obagi and SkinMedica medical-grade skincare online and at visits, and also carries jane iredale natural mineral makeup, which the site says will not clog pores. Obagi NuDerm is aimed at age spots, uneven texture, hyperpigmentation and sun-damaged skin. SkinMedica products are formulated for home use, and clients can earn and use Allē points when they buy them.

The A-Team Varsity Club is an annual membership for $50. Members receive $50 off one BOTOX or filler appointment and $50 off a package of four microneedling treatments. The practice serves women and men from Columbus and surrounding communities, including patients from Dublin, Mansfield and Springfield, and some patients from other states. The site notes that each patient is unique and results may vary.
