The practice is staffed by a small team, with Cody Jackson leading the aesthetician side of the business and Jessye Okuley performing the injectable treatments.

Each client receives a plan built around their own skin, concerns and goals rather than a fixed template. New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation before choosing a treatment. Facials begin with an assessment and finish with guidance on keeping results up at home. Most clients come in every four to six weeks, with schedules set individually instead of by package. Add-ons such as gua sha, red light therapy or dermaplaning are suggested based on skin needs and are not added automatically.

The injectable menu includes Botox, Dysport, Letybo and Daxxify wrinkle relaxers, which are FDA-approved neuromodulators used to soften expression lines such as forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet. Appointments usually take about 20 minutes, and most clients return every three to four months. Lip and under-eye filler appointments take about 60 minutes and begin with a consultation and photos, with numbing applied beforehand. Facial balancing uses dermal filler across the cheeks, chin, jawline, temples and lips and can be done in one visit or staged over two. Sculptra is given as a series of sessions several weeks apart, and Hylenex is available to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler. Hyperhidrosis treatment for excess underarm sweating is also listed.

Sonder Society is a monthly membership priced at 99 dollars a month, with a one-time enrollment fee of 100 dollars. Members receive a monthly credit that carries over for as long as the membership stays active. The credit can go toward treatments or retail products. Members also get reduced pricing on certain facials, fillers, Sculptra and wrinkle relaxers. The business runs training for medical spa professionals in fillers, neuromodulators and microneedling, and these sessions can take place on-site at the client's own practice. Free parking is available at the office. The office is open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern, though hours can change. Appointments can be booked online.
