Cancellations need a call to the office at least 24 hours ahead, with a $50 fee if that is not followed. Missed appointments or no-shows are charged $50, or the service is forfeited if prepaid or part of a membership or package. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are asked to call to check whether they can still be seen. The office is open Monday 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on weekends.
