Clients book ahead to secure a preferred time and stylist, and receive reminders by text or email one week and 48 hours before the appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 3 days' notice, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have the service adjusted, and no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee. Payment is taken at the visit by cash, card, or digital payment. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed one to two days earlier, and water and light snacks are offered, with the option to bring their own. A lightweight sweater without a hood is suggested for the visit. Concerns about a service should be raised with the salon within 7 days.
Consultations run about 25 minutes for $50 and may include a strand test to see what the hair can achieve. The fee is credited toward the service but is nonrefundable. Transformation color covers large changes, such as dark to ultra-light or blonde to vivid tones, takes about 4.5 hours at $390, and may need several sessions for the most lasting result. A bonding treatment is included with transformation and corrective color sessions and is recommended alongside lightening.
For balayage maintenance, the salon suggests a toner or gloss every 6 to 8 weeks for mini balayage, touch-ups every 8 to 12 weeks, and a full balayage refresh every 4 to 6 months. Haircuts are recommended every 8 to 12 weeks to help prevent split ends. Sew-in weft extensions are also offered, starting with a consultation credited toward installation. Extension hair is nonrefundable once ordered, and move-ups are priced at $275 for a one-row change or $350 for two rows.
