Extensions are offered as one-row and two-row applications. A single row is generally used for volume, fullness, filling in sparse ends and thinning front areas. Two rows are suggested when the goal is added length, blending gradually from natural length into extension length. Extension move-ups start at $200 for one row and $300 and up for two rows.

Blowouts start at $65 and the menu runs up to a Luxury Blowout Plus at $108, with options that include a braid. Color services are priced by the service, and color prices rise by $50 for every additional 2.2 oz of color used. Prices vary with hair length and density, each stylist sets their own base prices, and prices may change without notice. The salon also sells hair products through its online store on Fresha.

Clients can book online through Fresha, or call 925.553.7617 or email info@hartzandwest.com. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to hold a reservation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full service price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and charged the full price. If a client is late, the salon may shorten the appointment to a service that takes less time. Smocks are provided on request, and clients are asked to remove earrings, necklaces and AirPods during service. The salon is not responsible for items left behind or for damage to clothing or jewelry during a service.
