The signature service is Natural Beaded Row, a method using hand-tied beaded wefts placed on a row map built around each client's head shape, hair history and goals. Installs avoid glue, tape and heat, and move-ups are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks. The salon says the method is gentle on natural hair when installed and maintained properly. Hand tied weft extensions are offered as a lighter option with fewer rows and a shorter appointment. Extension hair is the salon's own premium Russian hair, color matched to each client, ordered after consultation and shown before the install. Natural Beaded Row pricing starts at $1,450 with a listed range up to $3,000 or more, and is quoted at the consultation because each install is custom. A Bend install takes three to six hours depending on the number of rows.

Color work centers on balayage and lived-in color, with hand painted highlights planned around hair history and the client's maintenance schedule. Balayage and highlights start at $325 and include a consultation, custom application, custom toner and gloss, a salon cleanse and a blowout. The salon says its color is formulated for local conditions, including East Bay summers and the high-desert UV and hard water in Bend, and that clients can often stretch four to six months between full color appointments. Other color services include custom color, color correction for box dye results, brassy blonde, banding and uneven color from other salons, and demi permanent glosses and toners between full color visits.

Booking asks clients to text a current photo of their hair and an inspiration photo before scheduling. New clients are welcome across every service, and Bend clients do not need to be current clients to book. Women's haircuts start at $105 and focus on shoulder length and longer hair, finished with a precision cut and blowout. Brazilian Blowout smoothing is offered for frizz and lasts three to four months. Bridal trials and wedding day styling are limited to a few slots each season. Parking is free on both levels of the Alamo Plaza lot, and water and snacks are offered during visits.
