Before booking, clients can opt into a free 15-minute consultation, though it isn't required. It covers hair goals, an assessment of hair condition, and a plan tailored to the client.
The color menu ranges from root touch-ups and gloss to freehand full balayage, hand-painted partial balayage, reverse balayage with lowlights, and full or partial highlights. Toner and gloss visits can be paired with a trim and moisture treatment, and a color remover treatment is also offered. Other services include a scalp spa, a protein-based smoothing treatment, K-tip keratin face-frame bonds, cuts and blowouts. Add-ons such as a deep-conditioning mask, a cut and a root melt can be added to a color appointment.
Color is planned around each client's goals and hair condition, with a focus on results that look lived-in and need little upkeep.
