New clients can start with a free 15-minute consultation on weekdays to talk through hair goals, condition, upkeep and a service plan. Extension clients have a separate free 30-minute consultation, which is required before a first extension appointment.

The color menu includes all-over color, root retouches, gloss refreshes, mini highlights, partial and full foil highlights, and balayage with a softer grow-out. Face framing highlights and lowlights can be added to color services. Cuts come with a customized haircut and blowout, and there is also a shampoo and blowout, dry styling, and a kids cut for ages 10 and under.

Extension work includes sewn wefts, K-Tips, I-Tips and tape-in extensions, with hand-tied rows offered as move-ups for existing clients. Extension hair is bought separately and must be in hand before the installation appointment. Smoothing options include a Keratin Express treatment and a Brazilian Blowout or keratin treatment, which both reduce frizz and make hair easier to manage.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged half the service fee. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Zelle and Apple Pay are the preferred payment methods, and credit and debit cards are also accepted.

Each visit starts with a consultation so the stylist can learn the client's goals and hair condition before recommending a plan. Extension clients complete a consultation before their first install.
