Color consultations take place in a private suite, and treatments and extension services are performed in private suites rather than on the open salon floor. Scalp wellness sessions happen in a private boutique suite. Independent suite professionals offer massage therapy, advanced skincare and wellness services, and each provider books through their own scheduling system. Hair extensions are installed by certified specialists, every color appointment is performed by trained colorists, and each extension service begins with a free 30-minute consultation. The salon is open Monday through Friday until 7:30 PM and on Saturdays until 5:30 PM.
For brides and events, the salon offers bridal hair and special occasion styling, along with wedding day styling offered on-site or in the salon for the bride and bridal party. The bridal hair consultation is a full trial session that covers style mapping, veil integration and heat-durability testing.
