Curly cuts come in several tiers. A first-time dry curly cut is customized to the client's curl pattern and includes styling education and a routine to take home; it starts at $120 and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, with hair arriving dry and worn down. Established clients can book a dry curly cut with wash and style from $100, a dry classic curly cut, or a shorter express curly cut from $75 to $95, which is a dry cut only and cannot be added to a color service. A mini maintenance trim, priced $30 to $60, is a dry trim for established clients, usually with the stylist who gave their first cut. Straight or wet cuts from the ear down run $85 to $120, and extra charges may apply for density or extreme length. Kids cuts are available for ages 10 and under, and select stylists offer short cuts above the ear.

Color services include all over color in one shade, listed from $150 to $220 depending on the stylist and the amount of hair, with a $25 charge for each extra color bowl used. Full and partial highlighting or lowlighting, balayage and baby lights are offered, along with full and partial blonding. A vivid color service uses double process lightening followed by a fashion shade of the client's choosing, and clients can send inspiration photos to their stylist after booking. Color correction is priced from $75 per hour for hair with existing color or chemical history, uneven tone, banding, or damage. A consultation is suggested first, and the final result and number of sessions cannot be guaranteed in advance; some stylists use a color correction contract.

Add-on options cover several services. A deep conditioning treatment is $40 and a detox treatment is $45; for detox, the salon selects one of three products suited to the hair. A conditioning treatment can add an Olaplex option when discussed with the stylist. A hair and scalp treatment runs about 45 minutes at the bowl. Select stylists offer Innersense treatments. Keratin smoothing is semi-permanent, lasts 3 to 6 months, takes about 2 hours, and is priced by quote. Perms take about 2 hours and are booked by contacting Amanda. Extension methods available are tape-in, I-Link, fusion, hand-tied, IBE and beyond-the-weft. For IBE, hand-tied and fusion, clients start with a consultation with Aubrey, after which a $500 deposit secures the booking.

The salon is open Sunday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Several services are limited to established clients, including mini maintenance trims, express curly cuts, bang or neck trims and established client dry curly cuts. Updo and special occasion styling is priced by the stylist, who gives timing and pricing on request, and appointments run about 1.5 hours.

The salon's focus is on curly hair, with time set aside for consultation and styling education, especially on a first visit.
