About

Divine IV and Wellness opened in the spring of 2018. Family Nurse Practitioner Amy Berkhout founded it after years working in other clinics. The business describes itself as an IV hydration and medical wellness boutique, and says its care combines clinical integrity with luxury. Because services are gathered in one Chandler clinic, a single visit can cover IV therapy, hormone care, weight management, skin work and laser treatments.

Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation about their concerns and goals, and a custom treatment program is built from it. Comprehensive screening is completed before every treatment protocol, and all therapies are given by licensed practitioners under medical-director protocol. The modern facility includes a reception room and private treatment areas. Appointments are booked by calling the office, which answers inquiries within one business day. The office is open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The IV menu has twelve named blends made from customized mixes of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Infusions use USP-grade compounds, and sterile technique and batch tracing are applied to every infusion. Two blends are named for people: Amy's Cocktail is named after the founder, and the Myers Cocktail is named after the late Dr. John Myers and tailored to each patient's needs.

On the skin and laser side, treatments use named technologies, including Harmony XL PRO for tattoo removal, OPUS Plasma for plasma skin tightening and resurfacing, the Alma ClearLift handpiece for laser skin resurfacing, and TED by Alma with the TED+ hair growth solution for hair restoration. Medical-grade facials are customized after a consultation that looks at both visible and hidden skin concerns. The practice also offers Colorescience skin care products.

Plans are built around each patient's goals after a comprehensive consultation, with personalized care for every patient and a focus on modern technologies and techniques.

The business describes its setting as a private, calm boutique with a high-end feel.
