Heather Kashmer

Heather Kashmer works as a Nurse Practitioner at Divine IV and Wellness, where her clinical work centers on thyroid care, hormone replacement and weight-loss treatment. Primary care visits will also be part of her schedule at the practice. Her credentials are listed as DNP and FNP-C, and she is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from Arizona State University. Before this, she spent four years on a unit at Phoenix Children's Hospital that treats neurological conditions and provides renal transplant care. She also spent a year looking after adult patients in the outpatient observation area at Banner Desert Medical Center. In the last eight months she has trained under Amy Berkhout in thyroid regulation, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management.
