Defined Salon focuses on natural hair. Clients can book loc services, which cover conditioning, maintenance, repair, coloring, extensions and styling, along with curly hair care for textured hair that includes tools for managing curls, kinks and coils.

Protective styles are a major part of the menu, including single strand twists, two strand twists, flat twists, goddess braids and braids with added hair. Natural styling options include Bantu knots and roller and rod sets, and the salon also offers extensions and other designer styles.

Cuts and color cover foils, balayage, fashion color, glosses, precision cuts, DEVACUT cuts and clipper cuts. Custom color is done with PPD-free color lines. The salon also offers Healthy Scalp and Haircare services aimed at maintaining natural hair and improving scalp health.
