The salon opened in the newly built Le Coterie salon in Maplewood. It grew out of Danielle's time as a top stylist at Dominic Michael in Ladue, and she founded DanielleStyle Concept Salon after that work.

Salon services include coloring, facial waxing, blowouts and Belami hair extension methods, which cover hand-tied wefts, volume wefts, keratin tip (K-tip), I-tip and tape-ins. Event styling covers weddings, special events, bat mitzvahs and birthday parties. Commercial work includes styling for print and live TV.
