Extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the wefts, which is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled. The remaining balance is paid on the day of service and set at consultation. Other appointments ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and clients running late are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible.
