The salon says beauty starts from within, so the focus is on client confidence, customer service and quality hair care products. Product lines carried include L'anza Healing Haircare, STMNT Grooming, Bosley MD Haircare and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup, and L'anza Healing products can be bought online. The salon describes L'anza Healing as award-winning and its products as natural and eco-friendly.

Haircuts are shaped to each client's head shape, hair type and style using Structure In Motion, a cutting method artists learn directly from Kelly Hurley. Curly cuts are priced by length, starting at $70 for short cuts above the ear and $80 for long cuts below the ear. Color work includes balayage, foilayage, babylights, ombré, corrective color, shadow roots and root smudges; the salon says color keeps its look for 8 to 16 weeks and recommends glaze touch-ups between sessions. Keratin Complex smoothing and texturizing services are offered, which the salon calls the trusted leader in those solutions. Chemical straightening and relaxing are also available.

For hair loss, the salon offers Hair Skeen Certified services. Toppers, scalp pigmentation and extensions are arranged through a consultation and use The Hurley Co brand hair, and a CBD scalp treatment is offered for clients concerned about scalp health. Bridal packages need a deposit at booking, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding. Travel bridal packages have a $700 minimum, include an 18% gratuity on all travel weddings, and carry a 20% travel fee for weddings more than 30 miles away. Braiding cannot be booked online and requires a phone call.

The Hurley Co Academy runs an advanced program for licensed stylists, cosmetology graduates and barber graduates, with hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship and real salon floor experience. Graduates receive certification on completion, and apprenticeship and crossover opportunities are offered in limited spots. Prices reflect stylist education and experience, demand, and the time and product a service needs, and longer or thicker hair may cost more. A $50 consultation fee applies, and $25 of it goes toward a future service.

Each visit is tailored to the client, with confidence, service and quality hair care products treated as the core of the work.
