The salon has been owned and operated by Natalie's family since 1991, and she runs her own studio within it. She has been independently licensed since 2004 and recently became a small investor in the salon, with plans to pursue full ownership.

The menu covers hair, extensions and makeup. Color is a major part of the work: dimensional services such as balayage, foils, strandlight, color melt, grey blending, rainbow color and color correction are priced from a listed starting rate, with extra time charged by the hour. Toning is included in every dimensional service, and a K18 repair treatment is included with the Partial Plus, Full and Full Plus tiers.

New clients begin with a First Appointment Consultation and can add up to three services to the request. A credit card is required to book. Rescheduling and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and changes or no-shows inside that window are charged 50% of the reserved services. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not receive everything booked; if the services can still fit, a $15 fee is added at checkout.

The waiting area is open and airy, with coffee, water and snacks for guests. Text is the most reliable way to reach the stylist, though replies can take until the following morning. Photos may be taken for the client file and, with approval, shared on the stylist's profile page. A referral program offers a $20 gift certificate for each new client referred.

Focuses on sustainability in the chair while keeping hair structure and integrity intact for a healthy finish, using Davines products.
