Booking is done online through a TimeTap scheduler, which sends a confirmation email and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment. Monday visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Thursday runs 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Eyelash extensions need healthy natural lashes long enough to support them, and clients with bald spots cannot receive extensions. A first application takes about one to two hours depending on the look, and full sets take about one and a half to two hours for associate stylists or one to one and a half hours for advanced stylists. Touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, and adhesive typically lasts six to eight weeks with proper care.

Brow work includes design and henna options as well as semi-permanent microblading, microshading and ombré brows, and full-price semi-permanent brow services include a touch-up visit within four to six weeks. Facials range from a $40 express facial to $85 treatments, many built on natural or organic ingredients such as apple, paprika, parsley, yam, pumpkin and pear, and every facial includes a complimentary makeup touch-up. Bridal options include the Royalty package, which covers airbrush makeup, formal hairstyles and eyelash applications for one flat rate, and the Day Rate Experience, a full day of bridal glam that starts at the hotel or home and covers up to two locations. Travel fees may apply to bridal packages, a deposit reserves a bridal date, and formal and updo hair must be done on fully dry, clean hair.

Eyelash extension training is offered in several levels, including a two-day classic course from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Group classic training is $999 per person and one-on-one sessions are $1,499, and the classic course includes a training manual and a kit for working on 50 or more clients, plus a certification process. Other classes cover color and feathering, Russian volume and lower lash, Russian mega volume, and a refresher course.
