Every service begins with a consultation covering the process, pricing, estimated timing, recommended products and upkeep. Haircuts and styling can be booked online, while color, spa and some specialty services usually start with a consultation. New guests, and returning guests who have never had color applied here, complete a consultation before booking color. A free online color consultation is available. An in-salon consultation booked alone costs $25, credited toward the color total, and there is no charge when it is booked with a haircut. A card is required to hold any appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the canceled services, and missed appointments are charged in full; with at least 24 hours' notice, fees can be waived. Guests more than 15 minutes late may not receive every scheduled service.

Hair color covers all-over color, dimensional color and gray coverage, and drastic changes are done in stages to protect the hair. Root touch-ups are typically needed every four to six weeks, and full or dimensional color usually lasts six to ten weeks. Blonding includes classic highlights, balayage and color blocking. Hair extensions use Bellami hair in keratin tip, i-tip, sew-in weft and tape-in methods, after a consultation. Texture services include the Cezanne smoothing treatment, retexturizing and perms, and hair treatments include Botanical Repair, Radiant Shine and Scalp Solutions. Keratin smoothing is also offered. Every haircut is shaped to hair type, styling habits and lifestyle, and includes a consultation, a shampoo and conditioning with a scalp, hand or shoulder massage, a blow-dry finish and maintenance advice. Guests can request a specific stylist when booking.

The spa menu includes facials using professional Aveda products and Ultraceuticals facials and peels, a line the salon says is free from harsh parabens, synthetic dyes and unnecessary additives and which the website says is available only through trained skincare professionals. Each facial starts with a conversation about skin concerns, routine and goals, and most clients return every four to six weeks. Add-ons include LED therapy, dermaplane, extractions and a hydrojelly mask. Massage options include Signature, Chakra Balancing, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Stress-Fix and Prenatal massage, with many offered in 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions. Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, Brazilian and back. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for spa services.

Microblading is a semi-permanent brow service done with a hand-held tool to create fine, hair-like strokes. The first visit includes a consultation on shape, color and thickness, and the artist outlines the brow in pencil for approval before a topical numbing cream is applied. Strokes are done in several passes and generally take one to two hours, and a follow-up four to eight weeks later refines any uneven areas. Lash services include Minkys extensions, full sets, maintenance fills and lash tinting, and the salon states its lash artists are certified. Extensions typically last three to four weeks, with fills every two to three weeks, and lash appointments can be paired with brow services, facials or peels.

Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location at a venue, hotel or getting-ready space, with travel fees depending on distance. Styling and makeup are tailored to the dress, the client's features and the overall feel of the wedding, and makeup can be soft and natural, glowing or more glam. Bridal trials are available, along with false eyelash add-ons. Booking starts with an inquiry form, after which a Bridal Coordinator arranges an initial consultation. A deposit reserves the date, and full payment for all wedding services is due 48 hours before the event. Wedding parties carry a minimum gratuity of 18%, confirmed at checkout. Aveda products are sold in the salon and online, and returns within 30 days need the original receipt.
