A visit usually starts with a consultation, which is not required but is recommended before booking. Stylists assess the client's hair and recommend how many strands or wefts are needed, and clients can request a personalized quote online through the Instant Quote tool before scheduling. Extensions are color-matched in the salon before installation, and same-day installations are offered.
The salon offers two methods. Micro-Link extensions are attached one strand at a time with a small tool and copper locks, with no heat, adhesive or glue; the salon says they can last three to four months. Micro-Weft extensions are hand-tied and sewn onto a hidden row, are lightweight, and typically need a refresh after six to eight weeks.
Listed 18-inch pricing for 60g-per-pack extensions runs from $1,319 for one pack to $4,199 for five packs, in half-pack steps, and includes the hair, installation, cut and style, and a hair extension brush. The salon says new clients receive 50% off, which brings the new-client range to $659.50 to $2,099.50. Lengths of 18, 22 and 26 inches are offered, with 48 hours' notice required for 26-inch installations. Financing is available, and a 120-day quality guarantee applies. Locations listed with hours are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
