Booking begins with an InstaQuote request, after which the salon sends a personalized quote and the client schedules an appointment. Stylists assess the hair and recommend how many strands or wefts are needed. Each set is color matched in the salon and tailored in length. Quotes cover the hair, installation, a cut and style, and a hair extension brush. Same-day installations are offered and financing is available.

The salon offers two attachment methods. Micro-Link attaches extensions strand by strand with a small tool, using no heat, glue or adhesive. The company calls it the safest and most sustainable attachment method and says it typically lasts three to four months with proper care. Micro-Weft uses hand-tied wefts sewn onto a discreet row, which the site describes as lightweight and seamless; these typically need a refresh after six to eight weeks.
