Install options range from traditional installs to closure, frontal and closure or frontal wig installs, along with a quick weave and bundles combined with installation.

Maintenance covers upkeep for wigs and installed pieces. Wig maintenance can be done as a drop-off service, which includes detangling, shampooing, deep conditioning, air drying and a full style. Traditional, closure and frontal maintenance visits are also offered, each including detangling, conditioning or deep conditioning and styling.

Newer clients can book the new client special, a 240-minute visit with shampoo, deep conditioning, a trim, an oil treatment and styling. The salon also lists a hair loss consultation and a hair restoration bundle, along with silk press, ponytail styling, weave takedown and scalp massage therapy.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance is due at the appointment and must be paid in full before leaving. Custom units are not started until the deposit is received. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged a $25 fee. Cash, card, Zelle, Klarna and Afterpay are accepted, with a $100 fee on Klarna or Afterpay payments. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.

Hours are Tuesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Custom pieces start with a one-on-one consultation, measurements and a fitting, so each wig is made around the client's own measurements.
