A visit usually begins with a free 20-minute consultation. Services are booked in set time blocks, from a 10-minute gloss to a 300-minute full blonding transformation, and the price and length of each service are listed for every option.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 35 percent of the service price. No-call no-shows and cancellations after the appointment time are charged the full price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The business is open Tuesday through Saturday, with hours that change by day: Tuesday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
