Every new extension client starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, which must be booked before an installation. Hand-tied weft extensions are offered in signature and concealed methods. The salon's Concealed Bead Method is described as lightweight and secure, with a flexible foundation. The salon says it uses only high-quality wefts and describes its methods as adhesive-free, bond-free, braid-free, chemical-free and tension-free, and its extensions as comfortable, seamless and damage-free. These are the salon's own statements. Installation prices do not include extension hair, which is sold separately. Quoted weft ranges include extension hair 14 to 24 inches long, a custom installation, a blending haircut and travel-size shampoo, conditioner and heat protectant.
Color work covers grey coverage, blending and custom formulas, along with blonde and highlight services that combine balayage and foil. Foil prices vary by stylist and by the amount of product used. Color consultations are free and take 30 minutes. Aftercare for extensions includes sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, brushing twice a day with an extension-safe brush and regular use of heat protectant. Color aftercare focuses on color-safe products, less heat styling and toner or gloss refreshes as needed.
The salon also runs CS Pro classes for licensed cosmetologists and cosmetology students, covering extension technique, pricing, consultations and business strategy. A four-hour hands-on Master the Art of Weft Extensions class, limited to two students, is offered for $250 with lunch and tools provided. Parking is available in front of and behind the building. Visitors dial 118 on the keypad to be buzzed in. The salon is open Monday through Friday with hours that vary by day, and it is closed on weekends.
