The salon aims to offer a more personal experience and to do things a little differently from a typical salon. Clients who need corrective, transformative or vivid color are asked to book a consultation first, and any additional costs are discussed before the service begins.

The color menu runs from a small T-touch refresh at the part line and front hairline, and gloss or toner for shine, through retouches, all-over color, partial and full highlights, and custom balayage. Services with a K18 protection step are included in transformative and vivid color. Cuts include bang trims and haircuts with a wash and style, and blowouts are offered for a smooth finish with natural volume. Hair extensions, extension removal and a consultation are also available, along with a K18 treatment and the amika Pro smoothing treatment.

Booking is secured with a valid credit card on file, and a no-show is charged the full service total. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made, and cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. Tips are not expected but are preferred in cash, Venmo or CashApp.
