Booking is appointment-only, made online through Phorest or by text, and text is the quickest way to reach the front desk. New clients are matched with a stylist based on their goals and that stylist's specialty. A consultation comes before a first color appointment and before any color correction, extension work or major transformation. A standard color consultation typically takes 15 to 20 minutes. A color correction consultation is a 30-minute in-person visit that includes strand tests, a review of the hair's color history and photos, and a written multi-stage plan with a firm quote; its fee is applied to the first session if the client goes ahead. Quoted prices are fixed before service begins. The salon is open Monday through Saturday with later evening hours midweek, and is closed on Sundays. The last appointment is generally booked 90 minutes before closing, with color and extension appointments sometimes earlier. First-time clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early for intake paperwork. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service price, and a waitlist is kept for openings.

Balayage is hand-painted freehand for a softer, more blended result, with placement chosen by the artist. Balayage ends only starts at $100 and is a 90-minute appointment without scalp work. Partial balayage starts at $185 and covers the top and face-framing pieces, with gloss toner included. Full head balayage starts at $215, takes three to four hours and includes full head application and gloss toner. Foilyage applies the same hand-painted method with each section wrapped in foil for more lift; partial foilyage starts at $145 and full head at $160. Classic ombre starts at $160, bold fashion color at $300, root touch-ups at $45, express root retouch for established clients at $40, and full color from root to ends at $80. Gloss or toner starts at $45. Final color prices depend on hair length, density and the artist. Balayage refreshes are recommended every 10 to 14 weeks, with a gloss in between every six to eight weeks.

Color correction resets, lifts or rebuilds previously colored hair and is always done in stages. The salon accepts clients coming from another salon or from a box dye experience. Tone Reset, for brassiness, banding or wrong tone on otherwise healthy hair, is usually a single three to four hour appointment starting at $200. Box Color Removal for at-home dye starts at $400 and is often two or three sessions, with a first session of four to six hours that includes bond builder. Full Rebuild is a months-long, stage-by-stage process for severely compromised hair that may include cutting away damaged ends, starting at $600. Most correction sessions run four to seven hours, and follow-up sessions three to five hours. Some corrections are spaced four to eight weeks apart. Overall correction costs run from about $250 to $1,200 or more, according to the salon, depending on current color, hair condition, starting level and number of sessions. The salon may recommend a treatment regimen, a smaller correction, or growing out and cutting off old color instead, and provides strengthening treatments for home between sessions.

The salon offers two extension methods, hand-tied wefts and tape-ins, along with move-ups and re-installs. Hand-tied wefts are stitched to a beaded anchor row with no glue, tape or heat involved, and the salon considers them typically the better fit for thick or coarse hair and for clients who work out or swim. Tape-ins are set with medical-grade adhesive panels and taken out at move-up visits using a professional release solution. Hair is premium Remy human hair from EasiHair Pro or an equivalent brand and can be reused across installs; synthetic hair is not used. The $85 extension consultation is required for new extension clients, is applied to the install, and comes with a written quote for the full first-year cost. Install labor starts at $400 for hand-tied wefts and $200 for tape-ins, with hair bought separately. According to the salon, extensions properly installed by a certified stylist are not harmful to healthy hair, and the salon will not install them on hair that is not healthy enough to wear them. Custom color matching is included, and each set is colored before installation.

Haircuts are planned to hold shape across a six to ten week cycle, and the salon recommends trims every 10 to 12 weeks for grow-out maintenance. Women's cuts start at $55 and are priced by length, density and stylist; senior or master stylists may price higher. Most women's cuts take 45 to 60 minutes, while a full restyle or a first visit with a new stylist may run 90 minutes. Long-hair shaping, dusting and internal layering are offered, and curly hair is cut dry, curl by curl. Men's services include classic cuts, fades, tapers, scissor cuts and longer textured styles; the classic cut is $55, the fade and taper is $65, and beard shaping is a $15 add-on scheduled with the haircut. Men's cuts include a shampoo, cut, blow-dry and product finish. Children's haircuts are offered for kids five and up. Blowouts are available as a standalone service in smooth, voluminous or wavy styles. Stylists finish cuts with styling so clients can recreate the look at home.

Clients are matched to a stylist by their goals and that stylist's specialty, and every color formula is logged so future visits can continue the same formula. Corrections move in stages, with the team stopping when the hair begins to struggle.

The team aims for a relaxed, welcoming setting, with ground-floor entry, accessible restrooms and free on-site parking.
