New guests, and anyone not seen in the past six months, complete an in-person consultation first. Color services require that consultation before booking. At the consultation, stylists talk through technique, timing and at-home upkeep, and give a quote, since color is hourly. Clients also sign a color release form. A 50% deposit holds the appointment for a first color service.

Hours are by appointment only: Tuesday 9am to 6pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 11am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.
