Bridal clients request appointments by email to the bridal coordinator, with a deposit of 50% of the total service due once the request is approved. A bridal trial includes a shampoo, conditioner, blow dry and two possible styles in a 1.5-hour appointment. Most brides book six to twelve months ahead and schedule their trial three to four months before the wedding. A wedding date is secured with a signed contract and a 50% retainer, and the trial alone does not hold the date. Services can be added or swapped for a bridal booking but cannot be removed once a deposit and contract are in place. Clients are asked not to arrive at the trial with braids or twists. The on-site beauty concierge can bring services to a client's location for weddings or events.

Booking policies include a credit card on file, a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule (otherwise a $25 per service fee applies), and a charge of 100% of the scheduled service for no-shows. Guests who arrive 15 or more minutes late may forfeit the appointment, and a 15-minute grace period is at management's discretion. Appointments running 20 minutes or more late may be rescheduled. No reduced pricing is offered for children, and refunds in cash are not given for services or retail items. Pricing depends on stylist level.

Consultations are solution-based, with the team carrying out services and working with each client as a partner on their hair care goals.
