Coco Moore Makeup opened as a studio in 2018. It later became a home for other beauty professionals under the name The Beauty Room 205. The business also runs Coco Moore's Beauty Room, an online beauty community launched in 2019, and launched a line of cosmetics, apparel and other products the same year.

Bridal work is handled through the Bridal Experience, where looks are tailored to each client. Event and occasion bookings cover birthday parties, photo shoots, interviews, hair shows, prom, graduations and face painting at kids' parties. The studio also invites photographers and their clients to book makeup for photo shoots.

Jr. Beaute Camp is a two-week summer program for tween girls, aimed at building confidence and self-worth through beauty. Workshops cover skincare, makeup, hair care, nails, friendships, communication, self-care and personal style, with daily guest speakers and beauty mentors. Camp days run from 8 AM drop-off to 4:30 PM pickup, with Fridays running until 5 PM and including a field trip. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included each day, and the camp fee covers a camp T-shirt, a skincare kit, a lip kit, an eyeshadow palette, brushes, a personal journal, a workbook and a completion certificate.
