The menu also includes hair extensions, haircuts, blowouts and keratin smoothing treatments.

Visits often begin with a consultation. The extension consultation is a 30-minute session that costs $10 and covers hair goals, lifestyle, and whether natural hair suits the extension method, length and color being considered. A full transformation also opens with a consultation, then custom color formulation, blonding and or dimensional techniques, toning and a finishing style. Root touchups are formulated to match the existing shade, and clients are typically advised to return every four to eight weeks.

Booking hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations carry a fee of 30% of the service cost within 48 hours and 50% within 24 hours, and no-shows are charged 75%. New clients booking a full transformation pay a $25 deposit, and extension consultations require a $5 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Consultations are candid: inspiration photos are checked against what a client's own hair can realistically do.
