Every visit takes place in a private studio, so clients get one-on-one attention in a quiet, personal setting. The salon is appointment-only and new clients must complete a consultation, by phone or in person, before any service. Herbal tea is offered during the visit, and the new client experience includes a Reiki-infused shampoo. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; the salon is closed on Wednesdays, though after-hours requests are accepted.
The salon uses Davines hair color and Keune hair care, along with K18 for add-on mask treatments. Most of the hair care products used in the salon can be bought on site, with many Keune products available the same day, and others are sold online through a partnership with EISS Beauty Connection.
