Men's services include clipper work, scissor-over-comb blending, precision trimming and neckline cleanup, along with a separate fade service with detailed edges. Women's cuts are grouped by length, from short cuts at the collarbone or above, to medium cuts reaching the bra strap, to long cuts, and several include a blowout or styling. The Roller Set Volume Boost follows a precision cut with a roller-set blowout using Fromm Thermolux aluminum rollers.
Keratin is offered in two versions. The express treatment takes about an hour and its results last up to six weeks. The smoothing treatment is longer, about three hours, is meant to reduce frizz for all hair types including color-treated or chemically processed hair, and typically lasts six to twelve weeks.
Every appointment requires a nonrefundable deposit that goes toward the service balance. Online booking deposits range from $10 to $50 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee of half the scheduled service, charged to the card on file, and the deposit is forfeited. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled service, and future appointments may require prepayment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
The salon says its work is built on advanced education and continued training.
